Local Community News, Inc.

Florida NewsLine, published by Local Community News, Inc., encompasses a family of community newspapers begun in 2001. We currently publish seven local newspapers in Northeast Florida.

The Creekline is our oldest publication and the hometown newspaper of northwest St. Johns County. Ponte Vedra NewsLine was first published January 2014 and is our fastest-growing publication. In Duval County, Mandarin NewsLine has served as the historic Mandarin community’s local community newspaper for more than a decade, and Southside NewsLine serves the vibrant, dynamic community that is home to both St. Johns Town Center and the Avenues Mall. St. Johns Business Monthly is our newest paper and is the only publication focused solely on doing business in St. Johns County, Florida.

We publish two quarterly newspapers. Players Journal is the official newspaper of the Sawgrass Players Club Homeowners Association in Ponte Vedra Beach.  The Ocean Breeze is the official newspaper of the property owners in Ocean Hammock in Flagler County.

We also publish two magazines. San Marco Magazine and SanMarco.life cover the vibrant, upscale and artistic community south of downtown Jacksonville. The Beaches Magazine and TheBeaches.life are all about the surf, sand, dining, entertainment and lifestyle on the First Coast’s beaches, from Fernandina Beach in Nassau County in the north to South Ponte Vedra Beach.

Our publications offer economical, effective advertising coverage in high-growth, middle to upper-income markets. Our newspapers are subscription-free and delivered by U.S. mail to virtually every address in the most desirable neighborhoods on the First Coast (including gated communities). Combined with our magazines, they deliver advertisers’ messages to more than 250,000 readers, making Florida NewsLine one of the largest publishers in Florida.

We focus on providing news and information that keeps readers engaged and reflects the community they live in. Unlike coupon books, our newspapers feature refrigerator-magnet news and are saved and passed around, giving your advertising a coffee table life long after publication. Locally owned and operated, we know the market and are committed to providing excellent customer service.
